Strawberry Jello with peaches, pineapple, walnuts, and sour cream
I was surprised when I could not find this version of my strawberry jello recipe online
Ingredients
- Two 6 oz pkgs of strawberry jello
- 4 cups boiling water
- Two 10 oz packages of frozen strawberries
- 1 can drained pineapple tidbits
- 1 can drained peaches
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
- 1 pint sour cream
Directions
- Dissolve strawberry jello in boiling water
- Add fruits and nuts
- Pour half the mixture into a 8 or 9 inch square pan
- Chill til firm
- Spread sour cream over jello layer
- Spoon remaining jello mixture over sour cream layer
- Chill til firm
- Enjoy!
